You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Eligibility
The Site may be used only by persons who are 18 years of age or older within the United States and its associated territories. All eligible Users are only permitted to have one registered account. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set herein, and are fully capable and competent to enter into, and abide by, the Terms as outlined in this document.
Registration
By registering with the Site, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information about yourself as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site; maintain the security of your password and login credentials; and maintain and promptly update the information you provide during registration, and any other information you provide through the Site, so as to keep it current, accurate, and complete. Registration requires information that includes without limitation your full legal name, your date of birth, your phone number, your zip code, and your email address.
We take your privacy seriously. Personally Identifiable Information ('PII') such, such as your email, is collected to enable SurveyHoney to communicate survey opportunities. Any PII collected by SurveyHoney will never be sold or shared. If PII is requested by a researcher within a survey, you are not obligated to provide it. Further details regarding the Company’s usage of your PII are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You further agree and understand that you have no ownership rights in any account you may have with the Site or any features therein. The Company may cancel your account and delete all User Content associated with your account at any time, and without notice, if the Company deems that you have violated the Terms of Use, the law, or for any other reason. The Company assumes no liability for any information removed from the Site and reserves the right to permanently restrict access to the Site or a User account at our sole discretion.

Verification Requirements
In order to participate in SurveyHoney, all members must:
- verify their account via two-factor authentication using a valid US mobile phone
- verify their account via a random video checkup https://surveyhoney.com/policy/terms-of-use.html
- connect a US verified PayPal account and
- verify their associated account email.
Description of Services
The Company operates an online survey platform through which Researchers may conduct survey projects. The Researcher sets targeting parameters based on demographic criteria. The Company then uses its proprietary Database to select audience segments that meet the Researcher’s targeting criteria based on the information that you provide through the profile building and upon creation of your account. The proprietary Database is comprised of Data from Site Users who may be eligible for the Survey. The Company then distributes the Survey to eligible Survey Respondents (referred to as ‘You,’ ‘User(s),’ or ‘Respondent(s)’ henceforth) and provides the Researcher with reports consisting of: the Researcher’s survey questions and their correlating responses, anonymous statistical data, as already existing in the Company’s proprietary Database, pertaining to the socio-demographic profile of anonymous Respondents who have participated successfully in the Survey process.
SurveyHoney offers the ability for Users to complete Surveys and earn Coins, which can be cashed out as real-world compensation. By joining SurveyHoney’s panel, you agree to receive emails and notifications from SurveyHoney. SurveyHoney does not guarantee the number of Survey invitations that a User will receive.
You are responsible for providing any computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, and communications services necessary to connect to and access this Site. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Site, and any service or material we provide on the Site, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period, including Surveys going offline or crashing. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users, including registered users.
You agree that neither your membership in a SurveyHoney panel nor your completion of any Surveys for SurveyHoney and its clients create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship, and that your completion of Surveys is strictly as an independent contractor. You also agree that the Coins that you receive for completing Surveys are the only compensation you will receive for your completion of Surveys.

Member Code of Conduct
When you use the SurveyHoney site, we ask that you observe the following rules:
- Do not take any Survey other than in good faith, such as providing false answers or speeding through a survey or answering each question the same way. SurveyHoney reserves the right to withhold awarding Coins to you if, in SurveyHoney’s reasonable view, your Survey responses are untruthful or not well considered.
- Do not access or use any part of the Site for anything other than your personal, non-commercial use.
- Do not access or use any part of the Site in any way that may violate any applicable provincial, federal, or international law, regulation, or other governmental requirement and/or regulation, treaty, or tariff.
- Do not trade, barter, resell, or otherwise attempt to generate income by providing access to your SurveyHoney Coins or account to others.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the Coins system.
- Do not publish or make reference in any media to any Survey or Site content without our prior written permission. Researchers may disclose confidential and/or proprietary information and materials to you as part of their Survey, and such materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of its owner. By becoming a member, you agree that you will keep the contents and materials disclosed to you as part of all Surveys in which you participate confidential and not disclose them to any third party or use the confidential information for any purpose other than the sole purpose of completing the Survey. If you breach this obligation, in addition to forfeiture of your Coins and termination of your SurveyHoney account, you may be liable for monetary damages to SurveyHoney and/or our client for damages caused by the result of your breach.
- Do not attempt to access any service or area of the Site that you are not authorized to access.
- Do not use any automated means, including robots, spiders, scrapers, etc. or interface not provided by us to access the Site or extract data.
- Do not send to or otherwise impact us or this Site (or anything or anyone else) with harmful, deceptive, disruptive, or illegal code (i.e. “spyware,” "adware," a virus, or other code) that could adversely impact this Site or any recipient. Do not take any action, such as a denial of service attack, that might impose any burden on this Site's infrastructure or interfere with the ordinary operation of this Site.
- Do not communicate with SurveyHoney support in a manner that is vulgar, harmful, obscene, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, misleading, or untrue.
- Do not engage in any other activity that SurveyHoney reasonably deems improper or abusive.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct will result in termination of your membership account and forfeiture of any earned Coins
Compensation
The Company believes that constructive, honest feedback should be rewarded. SurveyHoney offers incentives in the form of credits called ‘Coins’ which are credited to your account maintained by the Company. 100 Coins is equivalent to $1 USD.
Coins will be credited to your account strictly through your participation in Surveys and profile-building activities authorized by the Company which includes, but is not limited to, registration as a Survey Respondent and completion of your demographic profile. Each activity and Survey will have a specific incentive offer disclosed.
SurveyHoney delivers only the highest quality data to our Researchers. To maintain this level of quality, please be aware that Users may not qualify for all Surveys, in which case, the Survey will be unavailable for non-qualified Users and you will not receive Coins. The reasons you might not qualify for a survey may include, but are not limited to:

SurveyHoney delivers only the highest quality data to our Researchers. To maintain this level of quality, please be aware that Users may not qualify for all Surveys, in which case, the Survey will be unavailable for non-qualified Users and you will not receive Coins. The reasons you might not qualify for a survey may include, but are not limited to:
- User’s profile not correlating with the Researcher’s target audience
- Lapse in attention as Users moved through the survey, which led to a failed quality check
- Completing a survey too quickly to properly consider each question and provide a thoughtful response
- Inappropriate or vulgar responses
- Untruthful responses
- False responses
- Logic discrepancies in provided responses
SurveyHoney will keep a record of the Coins credited to and withdrawn from Users’ accounts. Users can check the status of their account online by logging in and clicking the ‘History’ or ‘Manage Payouts’ tabs in SurveyHoney.com. While SurveyHoney maintains every effort to ensure that accounts are credited properly, it is the User’s responsibility to verify that their Coins have been credited accurately. If the User feels that the incentive amounts credited to the account is incorrect, the User must contact SurveyHoney by email within sixty (60) days following SurveyHoney’s alleged error and explain in full the basis of the dispute, including any relevant information that offers evidence of the discrepancy in question. Upon receipt of the User’s notice, SurveyHoney will open an internal case and notify the User of SurveyHoney’s decision to adjust or maintain the number of Coins credited to their account, as SurveyHoney deems appropriate, within thirty (30) days. If SurveyHoney needs additional time outside of the thirty days to adequately investigate the User’s claim, the Company will notify you via email and maintain best-efforts to provide a resolution as soon as reasonably practical. Any decision rendered by SurveyHoney with regard to such a claim is final.
Payouts
In order to redeem a cashout via PayPal a user must meet the following criteria:
- Be located within the United States and confirm their location via two-factor authentication using a mobile phone
- have verified their account via a random video checkup
- have a PayPal verified account and
- accrue a balance of equal to or greater than $18.00 USD.
SurveyHoney offers two repayment models -- the traditional model, in which payment is issued within two weeks of the original cash out request, and the expedited model, in which payment is issued within 24 hours of the original cash out request minus 20% of the payout’s total. Users can disable expedited cash outs at any time to redeem their full balance, assuming it's greater than $18.00.
SurveyHoney Coins must be redeemed within two years of the date they were earned or else they will expire.
All rewards are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
SurveyHoney reserves the right to monitor all member activity within the Coins program. If the User has violated our Terms of Use, as outlined in this document, the User’s account may be terminated and the User may forfeit all accumulated Coins. If fraudulent activity has occurred, SurveyHoney retains the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. Additionally, the User may be liable for monetary losses to SurveyHoney, including the cost of litigation and damages, and the User will be banned from future participation in the SurveyHoney Coins program.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall either SurveyHoney, the SurveyHoney Surveys, or the Site, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if SurveyHoney has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or performance of the SurveyHoney Surveys and/or the Site, whether based on tort, contract, negligence, or strict liability. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the SurveyHoney Surveys and/or the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. The provisions of this section will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms of Service.
Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless SurveyHoney from and against any costs, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any User Content including Surveys, your use of the Site or any Content, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights from Third Party survey tools such as SurveyMonkey, SurveyGizmo, Qualtrics, etc.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, information, displays, text, images, audio, and video and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by U.S. and international trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms of Use permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, download, publicly display, create derivative works of, publicly perform, republish, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:
